Chillspill is an adaptive eating aid for individuals with Parkinson’s, Essential Tremor or other motor control issues.
This new eating aid has left and right sides that provide a supporting surface for the hand during plate to mouth movements. This can help reduce tremor activity.
Using the Chillspill, any spilled food will be maintained in the tray section or routed back into the plate or bowl. The food can be rescooped which can help with maintaining nutritional status.
Using Chillspill, food does not end up on the table, the floor or the user’s clothing. Dignity is maintained and the need for clothing protectors is eliminated.
